relating to the specific authority to repurchase shares has been registered with
the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office ("CIPRO"). The odd- 
lot offer and specific offer to repurchase shares are now unconditional.        
Further announcements regarding the results of the odd-lot offer and specific   
offer to repurchase shares will be made following the closing of the odd-lot    
offer and specific offer to repurchase shares on 26 March 2010.
